01Who this policy covers
This policy describes how MusicGo handles information when you browse this website, sign in, make a purchase, or contact our team. MusicGo is the service name used on this website. For privacy enquiries, use the support email at the end of this page.
02Information we receive
When you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. Authentication records include provider credentials, session identifiers, expiry times, IP address, and browser information needed for sign-in and account security.
For purchases, we keep customer, order, transaction and subscription references, payment status, billing periods, credit balances, and credit history. When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. The website and hosting service also process technical request information needed to serve pages and investigate faults.
03How we use information
We use information to provide the account and features you request, authenticate sessions, manage subscriptions and credits, answer support messages, and protect the service against fraud or misuse. Where applicable, this processing is based on providing the requested service, meeting legal record-keeping duties, or proportionate security interests. If a new use requires your consent, we will ask for it first; you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
04Audio files & prompts
Selecting audio creates a local waveform and preview. When you submit, we store the uploaded audio, prompts, lyrics, selected settings and generated outputs under your account. The audio or text needed for your selected tool is sent to Kie or WaveSpeed for processing. We store the API address, request parameters, response data, status and credit records to deliver your works, recover interrupted tasks and investigate issues. Authentication secrets are excluded from request logs. Your uploaded files and works are accessible through authenticated account endpoints.
Audio uploads and generated audio are stored in Cloudflare R2. Related file metadata, creation settings, credit activity and API request records are stored in our database. If an R2 upload is interrupted, the file is temporarily staged in the database for retry; those staged bytes are cleared after successful storage.
05Content safety: NSFW and sexually explicit content prohibited
MusicGo strictly prohibits NSFW, pornographic, and sexually explicit content. You must not use the service to request, upload, generate, extend, extract, or share such content. This rule applies to prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, AI-generated music and lyrics, and all other materials submitted to or created with MusicGo.
To enforce these rules, we send submitted text descriptions, lyrics, titles and genre text, together with an account-linked or task-linked reference, to Creem for content moderation before generation. This moderation step processes text; it does not automatically review the content of uploaded audio.
We retain moderation requests, decisions and related API records for rule enforcement, abuse investigations, task recovery and support. These records are not public. Contact support to request access to or deletion of these records, subject to the retention requirements described in this policy.
07Service providers & sharing
Google provides sign-in and Creem provides checkout, subscriptions, and billing services. We share the account email or customer reference, selected offer, and account-linked purchase reference with Creem as needed to process a purchase and credit the right account. Payment card details entered in Creem checkout are handled by Creem and its payment partners; MusicGo does not receive or store your full card number.
Hosting, database, and email providers process the information needed to run the website and answer your requests. Providers may operate in countries other than yours, and their own processing is subject to their policies and applicable data protection requirements. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud or security incidents. MusicGo does not sell personal information. Contact us for questions about providers or processing locations.
Kie and WaveSpeed process the text or audio you submit for AI music tools. Their processing and temporary file retention are subject to their respective service policies. MusicGo keeps a separate copy of your submitted files and generated works for your account.
Cloudflare provides R2 object storage for submitted and generated audio, as needed to store and deliver the files associated with your account.
Submitted creation descriptions, lyrics and related text are sent to Creem for content review before generation. We retain the review requests and results with API request records.
08Retention & security
Account records are kept while needed to maintain your account; support records are kept while needed to handle and follow up on a request. Payment and credit records may need to be retained longer for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving a payment issue. After a verified deletion request, we remove or de-identify information that is no longer needed, subject to those requirements and backup retention. Access controls and protected authentication records help secure information, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Uploaded audio, creation inputs, generated works and API request records are retained for account access, task recovery and support. Contact support to request a copy or deletion of these records, subject to required billing and security retention.
09Your choices & requests
You can sign out, adjust language and appearance, clear browser cookies, and manage subscriptions through the account billing portal. To request access, correction, a copy of your data, or account deletion, email support using the address associated with your account. We may need proportionate information to verify ownership before acting on a request. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain if information must be retained. Please do not send your password, sign-in codes, or full payment card details.
10Policy updates & contact
We revise this page when our data practices change and show the latest update date above. If a change materially affects how existing account information is used, we will provide an appropriate notice. Please contact the MusicGo team with any questions, privacy concerns, or requests concerning a child’s information; we will review and address them under applicable law.
