MUSICGO / INFORMATION

Terms of service

A clear guide to using MusicGo, managing your account, and understanding subscriptions and credits.

Last updated:

01Using MusicGo

These terms describe the relationship between you and MusicGo when you use this website and its available features. Please read them before creating an account or making a purchase. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

MusicGo provides an AI music workspace with music generation, background music, vocal separation, song extension and lyric tools. Requests use third-party processing services and may take time. Costs are shown before submission; confirmed failures return the reserved credits.

02Your account

Google sign-in is used to access account features. Keep your Google account secure and provide accurate information when contacting support. Let us know if you believe someone else has accessed your MusicGo account. Only use the service if you can enter into these terms, with a parent or guardian’s involvement where required by applicable law.

03Your music & content

You keep the rights you already hold in material you provide. Selecting or submitting a file does not transfer ownership to MusicGo. Any permission needed by MusicGo is limited to operating the features you request and handling related support.

Only use recordings, lyrics, voices, and other materials you own or have permission to use. Rights in AI-assisted outputs depend on the material, applicable law, and any relevant feature terms. MusicGo does not promise exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial rights. Demo tracks and site assets are provided for on-site listening and presentation, unless a separate licence says otherwise.

04Respectful use

Use MusicGo lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not submit unlawful material, misrepresent another person’s identity or voice, access accounts without permission, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass payment or security controls. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details so we can review it.

05Content safety: NSFW and sexually explicit content prohibited

MusicGo strictly prohibits NSFW, pornographic, and sexually explicit content. You must not use the service to request, upload, generate, extend, extract, or share such content. This rule applies to prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, AI-generated music and lyrics, and all other materials submitted to or created with MusicGo.

Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation or abuse, and non-consensual sexual content are strictly prohibited. This includes content created using another person’s voice or identity without consent.

We screen submitted text prompts and lyrics before sending them to generation providers. You must not bypass or attempt to evade content moderation or other safety controls. We may reject requests, remove prohibited content, and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Contact support to report prohibited content or request a review of an enforcement decision.

06Subscriptions & credits

Current prices, currencies, credit amounts, billing intervals, and renewal information appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless cancelled. Yearly subscriptions are charged annually, with credits granted monthly: the first grant follows confirmed payment, and subsequent grants follow each monthly subscription anniversary within the paid year. One-time credit packs do not renew and their credits do not expire under the current offer. Credits are service units, not money or an investment.

Creem handles checkout and related payment services. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase through its checkout. The final checkout shows the amount payable, including any applicable taxes. Credits are recorded after payment is confirmed. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal in your account; cancellation stops future renewals and the portal shows the effective date.

07Payment help & refunds

If a charge looks incorrect, credits have not arrived, or you would like to request a refund, contact support with your account email and receipt reference. We review the circumstances and work with the payment provider where needed. Refunds and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

08Availability & account closure

We maintain and improve MusicGo, and some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. If an issue affects a paid purchase, contact us so we can work on a suitable resolution. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security issues, with an explanation where possible. You may stop using MusicGo or request account deletion through support; cancel any active subscription separately to stop future renewals.

09Changes & questions

We update these terms when the service or relevant requirements change and show the latest revision date on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated through the service or account email as appropriate. If you have a question or concern, contact the MusicGo team so we can try to resolve it fairly. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
